The OFCA & OFESF Strategic Plan (2022-2027) identified a need to “recognize, research, and develop pathways to address the workforce development and sustainment issues facing Ohio's emergency services.” This goal led to the development of the Workforce Subcommittee. This committee is tasked with developing and implementing strategies, pathways, and programs to address the workforce challenges facing Ohio’s emergency services. If you have experience and/or interest in the areas of recruitment, retention, and workforce development; this committee needs you.
